Many Her Empire Collection products are created especially for you after you place your order.

These items include:

Because these products are made to order, production time is required before shipment.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

No physical item will be shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order contains products produced by different fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost.

During holidays and major sales events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.We recommend placing holiday orders early.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:
